Seamless Transformation:

Neevista partnered closely with the toll road operator to deeply understand their specific challenges and needs. The solution implemented was a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) enterprise billing platform designed to handle both prepaid and postpaid transactions, automate invoice generation for daily, monthly and annual billing cycles, streamline account reconciliation, and integrate seamlessly with the existing ERP system General Ledger.

 

Project Challenges

The project encountered several significant challenges, including the need to integrate diverse systems such as CRM, ERP, enterprise billing platforms, Snowflake, and MuleSoft and various modules built in the AWS cloud. The high volume of low-value transactions compounded these challenges, the necessity for scalability, adherence to strict regulatory standards, and the critical requirement to minimise operational disruptions during the platform's rollout.
